Abstract

Today, the world is facing many challenges and changes that have affected various areas of life, as well as the explosion of knowledge and technology that requires everyone, individuals and institutions, to change the mechanism of thinking and the need to introduce the new renewable, and impose on the university the need to face challenges to reach the best picture, and impose on students to rely on modern technology of information, communications, and others, in order for the development to be comprehensive for all aspects of work in the university environment.

   With the continuous progress in information and communication technology and its tools, and the transition to the so-called era of cloud computing, and the growing interest in employing this technology and its tools because of its investment of efforts and the completion of work without being restricted in place and time, as it allows access to all its applications and user services from anywhere and anytime. Via the web environment, enable direct access to a wide range of different academic resources, research applications and educational tools. Therefore, the university had to seek to pay attention to cloud computing and spread informational awareness of its uses among teachers and learners in order to be able to own the tools of learning and self-education.

     Hence the importance of providing teachers and learners at the university with technical knowledge, skills and expertise, developing their performance, and training them to integrate technological innovations into communication and education processes, especially with regard to participatory cloud computing services.
