Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify the difficulties and challenges facing educational institutions from the point of view of educational mentors in the city of Deir ez-Zor, in addition to identifying the differences in crises according to specialization (educational, specialist). Where this tool was applied to a sample of educational mentors in the city of Deir ez-Zor, their number was (30), A main question and a main hypothesis tested their sincerity. It was found that educational institutions in the city of Deir ez-Zor suffer from crises to a high degree, and it was found that there are differences according to specialization in favor of the specialization of specialized mentors. The research concluded with a set of proposals related to the intensification of rehabilitation and psychological support courses that help educational mentors, students and workers to overcome psychological crises that cause low educational level and negative behaviors in educational institutos.
