Abstract
The research aims to explore the correlation between the Human Resource Information System and Intellectual Capital from the perspective of faculty members at the College of Education in Damascus. It involves describing both variables and understanding the relationship based on academic rank. The research used a descriptive methodology, relying on a questionnaire as a research tool for the variables.
The original population included all active faculty members, totaling 118 individuals.
A sample of 54 members was selected using a convenience sampling method.
The research findings indicate that all correlation relationships between the dimensions of the Human Resource Information System and Intellectual Capital, when considered individually, were positive and significant. This suggests a strong influence and correlation between the variables.
