Abstract
The collapse of the Soviet Union in late 1990, and the exit of the United States of America, the world's greatest power, led to a significant decline in the intensity of the confrontation between Russia and the United States of America. However, this confrontation soon resurfaced with the beginning of the Russian invasion of Ukrainian lands in mid-February of Year 2022.
