Studying the reality of re-engineering administrative processes in banks and its role in improving human resources performance A field study on the Cham Bank (general administration)

Abstract

The research aims to know the reality of engineering in Al-Sham Bank and the degree of its adoption by management, as an approach to improving the performance of human resources, by highlighting the importance of engineering as one of the modern administrative topics that must receive support and support from management, and describing the performance of human resources, its work mechanism and methods. Training and developing the skills of employees used in the bank, leading to organized work steps that contribute to the advancement of banking work. The purposive sampling method was used and 50 questionnaires were distributed to employees in the bank. After testing the hypotheses, the study concluded that there is support and support from the management for the possibility of applying the engineering approach. Investing in developing the bank’s human resources skills and improving their performance is a prerequisite for the success of the engineering plan.
